How Easy is it to schedule a walk or drop-in visit?

Here at Sit. Stay…YES! have tried to make it simple to schedule a walk or drop-in visit appointment. Right now, there are 3 ways to accomplish this. First, you can download our app called Gingr For Pet Parents from your smartphones app store. When you download the app, you will be asked for a code to find us. Our app code is all numbers and is 974214 . Just follow the instructions to setup your account, add your pet’s details, upload a copy of vaccination records and agree to all the agreements (even if you are only using one service, we ask that you agree to them all for the “just in case” scenario. Within the app you can schedule services and even buy packages that can be applied to services. Currently our packages are buy 5 get 1 free (total of 6 visits).

The second method is to use our customer portal located at https://sitstayyes.info/customer-portal/. This method is exactly the same as above and you will need to use the code 974214 to find us. This is just a web-version of the app used above.

Both the web-based and app-based methods will require a credit card to setup your account. Since we only take debit and credit cards at this time (no cash) we will charge and email your invoice after services are rendered.

The last method you can use to schedule appointments is to reach out to us using the contact us page at https://sitstayyes.info/contact-us/ and we will reach out and schedule a time to set everything up over the phone. Using this method you will still need to log-in to your account in the app and sign agreements, provide credit/debit card and upload pet vaccination records.
